Cut out pencil skirt

This unique pencil skirt is a pull on with elastic waist, which shapes into a v, just below the v shaped waist on either side it has cutouts in the fabric. This skirt is polyester, rayon, and spandex. This works for casual, business,or even a night out. Falls just below the knee. This skirt runs a bit small, so although it is a medium, it can fit size 4 to 8. There are no tags attached, but this skirt is in excellent condition.
