Cut Out Black Pointed Toe Heels

Faux black leather heels. Strappy details that zip up in the back. Inner and outer soles show normal wear. Heel shafts have scuffs as pictured. Some fraying threads around straps but can be trimmed without problem. EU 39 but fits like a US 8. Maybe a 9? Please ask questions BEFORE you buy. Happy poshing!
