Customized Vintage Gap Jeans

These jeans are absolutely adorable, These are vintage and did belong to a girlfriend of mine that wore them in high school back in the '70s. She did sew a patch of a lizard or dragon (I can't really tell which) but they are a size 4 and I cannot get them up over my hips. they are a typical five pocket jean with a slight flair or boot cut hem.
