**Customer Hold Policy**
We value our customers and strive to provide exceptional service. To ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience for everyone, we have established the following hold policy:
- **Hold Duration**: Items can be held for a maximum of 7 days as a courtesy.
- **Purpose of Hold**: Holds are intended for customers who need additional time to finalize their purchase and should not be used as a shopping cart.
- **Adding or Altering Items**: Any additions or changes to a hold will be considered a new request and may or may not be accommodated. Once items have been held of 7 days, I may extend you time if needed, however, Your hold items may be used for cash paying customer at this point and be replaced at a later date for you.
- **Live Show Purchases**: Placing an item on hold may prevent other customers from buying it, therefore cash paying customers take precedence over holds.
- **Exceptions**: Exceptions to this policy may be made at our discretion. Once an item is boxed and ready for pickup, it should not be altered or returned to hold status..
- **Future Holds**: Customers who repeatedly alter or cancel holds may be restricted from using this service in the future.
- **Business Operations**: Once items are set aside and boxed, they are ready for pickup. **Please note**: First-time customers are not eligible for this offer, without placing a $10 deposit and restocking fee on their order.
