One of a kind ultra feminine sheer straw ruffled brim hat perfect for weddings, opening day at races, garden parties, formal church and religious events. Fit for a duchess! The hat is hand picked and the trimmings have been added from my personal treasured collection of vintage buttons, ribbons, lace, pearls, veiling and a beautiful ostrich plume on the side. The brim can be adjusted to tilt up or down. There is a double layer of ruffles. The circumference is 22” (small to medium). The crown is 3” and the brim is 3.5”. The hat is in excellent pristine condition.
