Custom flip flops

Bought these in the Caribbean on a cruise right before the pandemic. They are made on site with beads you pick. They are turquoise with a silver strap. The centerpiece has a fish and then there are rhinestone and pearls set into each shoe up the thong portion Last picture shows some red spots. I have no idea where they came from and may come off with a magic eraser. Clean bottoms worn once around the ship
