Custom Three-piece Vintage Red Queen Vegas Halloween Costume Small

This is the cutest little custom costume for this Halloween or for heading out on the town or a dance show. I used a vintage dress altered to turn into a sort of tuxedo tails look. It has a fullback zipper. under it is a vintage petticoat that you can wear longer or shorter depending on how much you roll up the elastic. It also comes with a vintage red rhinestone elaborate necklace to finish the look. I haven't had a lot of time to create costumes this year this one is super cute and ready to go. If you don't like the feathers over your shoulder just take those ones off and throw them in your hair, around your wrist, use them somewhere else, and wear it the original one shoulder. This is matte satin tafetta and the bodice is boned for support and it has no stretch so mind the measurements. Bust 34" Waist 29" Hips to 36"
