Custom Scallop Swing Dress in Teal

Custom dress by Heart My Closet. This was a couture design I had made prior to it now being available on their website. The scallops / buttons are non functional to ensure a smooth design. Dress is substantially weighted, fully lined, and has back zipper. NEVER WORN! Measurements in pics and falls below my knees at 5’6. From my smoke free home
