Custom OOAK maxi skirt with double thigh slits Smooth Black Spandex SMALL

Perfect preloved condition I designed & created this myself. Pockets are a sparkly silver tile spandex. 41..5 inches in length 27.5 inches slit 24 inch waist but will stretch to 30inches easily. I am a 36 inch waist & it still fits me on my high waist.
