Custom Made Embroidered Pearl Accent 2 pc Dress & Top Outfit Size PXS No Tags/ID

No tags or original packaging. It was made for a 4 foot 11" 90 pound woman so we are calling it a "Petite Size Extra Small". We measure approximately 24" waist 14" across the shoulders and length from the collar 51". There is nothing we can hang our hats on with regard to age or origin but it could be from the 1990's. There are no material or care labels visible so we can't provide any details or prove anything but it is likely to be silk and hand embroidered. All of our clothing items come with random creases and wrinkles at no extra charge! Probably dry clean only, but a cool iron should work.
