Custom High-Low Blouse

This was custom made by a Taiwanese designer. No labels. It has a high-low hem, dropped shoulder, and waist-defining cinch in the front. You can adjust the tightness accordingly. Two tortoise shell buttons close up the back. It’s an oversized design so it fits S/M. It’s a crisp fabric, easy to iron. Great for professional settings.
