Baby Blue Shiny Y2K era Homecoming set. Fits like a Small/medium 3 piece- Halter top, shawl and Skirt. Materia has no stretch. Pit to pit 15.5in Waist on top 15in Waist in bottom 16.5in High Waist on skirt 14.5in Hips 19in There is some discoloration on halter tie and top of dress as pictured. The bottom is dirty from dragging on the ground. I have not tried to clean it, it may be easy to come out. Make me an Offer 😊
