Custom dress black stretch material with green and black plaid arm bubbles made on it and a detachable peplum belt that ties on it also has a neck ruffle piece in very good condition but it is handmade so inside the stitches are visible and is not store bought quality which I tried to picture there are no zippers this dress poles on and fits a size 8-10 and stretches and could easily be altered smaller with minor sewing ability
