This custom-built 427 Series Automatic combines classic American racing inspiration with the character of a traditional mechanical watch. The dark blue dial features a bold silver center racing stripe surrounded by a vivid blue chapter ring. silver markers and matching hands provide excellent contrast, while the red sweep seconds hand gives the watch the appearance of a needle moving across a performance gauge. PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIAN at 9 o’clock pays tribute to the people who build, diagnose, repair and maintain the machines enthusiasts love. JAPANESE AUTOMATIC MOVEMENT Powering the watch is a YN55 Japanese automatic mechanical movement. No battery is required — the movement winds through normal wrist motion and can also be manually wound. An exhibition caseback allows the mechanical movement to remain visible.
