vbowles1 @ldfhollister Yes, the whole top part is super stretchy. Probably could accommodate a bust of 34 to 40. Flat it measures 16" unstretched.

bellakeller Is there anyway someone could model this for you so that I could see what it looks like on? I am 5 foot tall and about 105 lbs on a good day. Also polyester???

vbowles1 @bellakeller It doesn't fit me anymore, which is why I am selling it. It is a true size 8 and has a stretch velvet top, with a drop waist skirt of a different material. So the top is stretchy, but the bottom is not. I am also only 5 feet 1 inch tall, and it hit me mid-thigh.
