Current/Elliott Military Parka Army Green size S(?) please see description

Army green cargo jacket with tons of pockets, including a zippered compartment on top of two patch breast pockets. Exterior drawstring waist to cinch in this oversized jacket. Hook and loop tape at wrists allows for adjustment. This is tagged size 1. I have been unable to find a size chart with this style of sizing (I believe this is an older piece and the brand has gone to letter sizing), however based on measurements I would estimate this to fit a small/medium. Please ask for any additional measurements needed to determine fit.
