Current Elliot design sample jeans size 33??

Current Elliot design sample Jeans I do not believe this style was ever released or sold labeled old scene. Please see photos for size and measurement details happy to post additional information if needed there is a label that says 27 on the inside but based on the measurements I believe these would be a size 33 Super high-quality very classic style I think these might be men's jeans but I am not sure.
