I bought this beautiful, girly Current Air blouse at Von Maur. It's in like new condition as I've only worn it once. It can be worn on or off your shoulders. The sleeves are open in the middle and then attach at the end. Bottom left of the blouse has 4 small cloth buttons which adds to the detail.
