Cupshe Chocolate Brown A-Line Skirt

this Cupshe skirt kinda looks like a nice suede skirt but it's actually 92% polyester and 8% spandex on the outside! this is labeled as an XL but will the measurements (16.5 waist and approximately 16 inch length) as well as trying it on it really fits more of a medium so i'm going to label it on the page part of this listing as such.
