Cupcake Surprise Dolls Lot of 4 Transforms from Cupcake to Doll. This listing is for a lot of four Cupcake Surprise Dolls that transform from cupcake to doll and then back to cupcake from doll. Flip the bottoms of the cupcakes to make the dolls skirt and the top of the cupcake becomes a hat for the doll. All of these were my daughter's toys and they have been played with. Normal wear and tear and the hair is a little crazy. The elastic that keeps the top of the cupcake as a hat to stay on the dolls head has come undone for one of the dolls - please see the pictures.
