Cupcake Print Retro Skater Dress

Gorgeous retro style dress with colorful cupcake and tea cup pattern. No brand tag, but resembles Modcloth style vintage reproductions. Tea length past the knees. Full circle skirt which would look great with a petticoat. Upper part is lined, but skirt is unlined. Belt loops, back zipper, cap sleeves. Excellent condition!
