Cunningham & Picket Nautilus Magnolia Shell Sugar Bowl w/Lid Hand Decorated 22K

Vintage sugar bowl with lid by Cunningham & Pickett, Inc., Alliance, Ohio. Also stamped "Nautilus, Made in U.S.A. ... G56 N8." The hallmark further indicates it is a hand-decorated piece, trimmed in 22KT gold; "Magnolia" pattern. Lovely magnolia decoration with shell-shaped handles and finial that are gold trimmed. It remains in very good vintage condition with only two chips underneath lid, at rim, which is not observable from top of lid (see photograph)., & the lid d was cracked and replied when I bought it! The bowl measures 6 1/2" (from handle to handle); 3 1/2" diameter @ top opening; 4 1/4" in height (including finial). Though it's intended purpose is as a sugar bowl, it could be used as a trinket dish, for earrings or in a bath area for storing items such as cotton balls.
