Cult Gaia Willow Eyelet Maxi Dress - Green

So I bought this and kept it in my closet unworn because it’s so pretty! The waist is too small for me and too small for me to even button up on my mannequin (see the second pic). I’d really love someone to get to wear this all summer and maybe into fall. It’s definitely a maxi dress please see the length in the final pic. It’s a size small but definitely runs small so please double check online measurements for this style.
