Cullet Akro Agate Clarksburg WV 2 Pieces Blue Jade Chocolate Slag Art Glass

Cullet glass, glass remnants, trash/waste left over from the manufacturing process, overflow glass from the glass furnaces, scrap from the clean-out of tanks after a production run, often dumped on site at glass factories in the past. These pieces were gathered from the site of the defunct Akro Agate factory (closed 1951) in Clarksburg, WV, about 25 years ago. Two pieces, total weight 5.9 ounces. Irregularly shaped. One piece is jade/mint green with chocolate brown marbling. The other is shades of blue with a small area of adhered green, jade.
