Heavy cuban link necklace, 1 cm wide
Sailor Clasp
24K Gold Filled, and I believe it's on stainless steel. They have a good weight to them.
Several lengths available: 26", 28" 32"
HOWEVER, I can make adjustments to the length, so if you want a different size, let me know! You can choose "custom length" and message me with your desired length. I can add length to the 32", so I can make up to 42".
The last 2 pics are a custom job I did for a buyer, I replaced the sailor clasp with a claw. I can do that for you!
Wear multiple lengths together!
The longer ones can be wrapped twice for a choker style!
They are all new, and the bag each came in serves as it's tag.
I bought a lot of these types of chains back in 2015 for reselling purposes. They did come from China, but I was careful to select pretty good quality ones. I always made sure that the base metals were good ones. I sold locally at the time, and my customers were happy with the quality. I have a few left over that I never did sell, so I'm listing them!

Is 26 inch the smallest that you have?
Jun 30Reply

vintage_vampira
@oscarbob_2020 Yes, those are the only sizes I have. I might have a different style that I haven't listed yet, I'll go check.

drdre_fan1983
do you happen to have a 24 inch?
Jun 30Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 I can actually adjust the length. You want 24"?
Jun 30Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 I have a 24" now.
Jun 30Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 If you are still interested, you can now choose "custom length".

@drdre_fan1983 omg, for 32 DOLLARS???
Jul 02Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 A pure gold chain this size would run you a couple thousand. Don't be ridiculous
Jul 02Reply

drdre_fan1983
i meant is there real gold in it
Jul 02Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 Yes, it's 24 k gold filled. I haven't had it tested, but it's supposed to be. it sure looks and feels like it to me.

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 As I put in the listing, it did come from China, and they don't always mark their jewelry. But when I got these about 10 years ago, I always read the description thoroughly and tried to get good quality things.

drdre_fan1983
do you happen to know what the base metal is?
Jul 04Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 I honestly don't remember. But when I bought them, I always checked to see what the base was, and I avoided copper, I always got things that were good quality. I can see if I can find that info.
Jul 04Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 It might be stainless steel, I got a lot of chains with that as the base metal.
Jul 04Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 They are good quality, in my opinion, they are pretty heavy. The 32" one weighs 210 grams.

do you happen to have the tools and resources to put a lobster or box clasp on it?
Aug 15Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 I don't have any lobster clasps, but I actually have another nice chain that I took one off of several years ago, and I forgot that I did it. I discovered it when I went to list it. So I've been considering buying some lobster clasps so I could replace it on that one. I will look for a source of them. I do have the tools and skills to change out the clasp on the sailor ones.

drdre_fan1983
ok, thank you. if u could change the clasp to something other than sailor, i would consider buying.
Aug 15Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 I'm doing some shopping, I want to find the best size for it, and a good quality.
Aug 15Reply

drdre_fan1983

*pictures of it up?* i cant spell
Aug 16Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 Yes, but it might take me a few days. This time of year, I get a lot of migraines and the last few days have been bad. Before I purchase any clasps, I am going to go through a lot of jewelry I have, to see if I can use anything there. I want it to look good, and I want it to be good quality, and these days, so much stuff out there is crap. So give me a few days to do some searching.

drdre_fan1983
ok ty
Aug 16Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 I might have found one that will look ok. It is "vintage", so better quality than stuff today. You wanted 24"?
Aug 16Reply

drdre_fan1983
yes. btw im having someone else buy it for me
Aug 16Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 ok, I put two pics at the end, it's not as big as I kind of wanted, but it does look ok, I think. I tried it on myself, and it is smooth. I used the little flat piece to connect it to, because the jump ring just wasn't big enough to connect to. if you would rather have a jump ring, I can probably add another one to the ring on the chain instead of this flat connector.
Aug 16Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 If you are happy with it, just have them but the custom size one in the choices.
Aug 16Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 I showed it to my husband too, he's an artist, so he's got great visual talent, and he thinks it works with it. And honestly, I think it's easier to hook the claw to that flat piece than to a jump ring.
Aug 16Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 And I had a typo, I meant "have them buy the custom one" instead of " have them BUT the custom one"...
Aug 16Reply

drdre_fan1983
@vintage_vampira this is perfect. ill have them order it prob within the next 48 hours

Aug 18Reply

drdre_fan1983
@vintage_vampira quick question, do u know what the clasp is made of
Aug 19Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 It's vintage, from a necklace my mother-in-law had, I really don't know. But I still contend that vintage claps are better quality than stuff you get these days.
Aug 19Reply

drdre_fan1983
i agree, i just want to see if u knew. thank you
Aug 19Reply

drdre_fan1983
@vintage_vampira cold you please look on the old clasp for the necklace and see if it has and markings on it that could say what karat it is. and btw i love the chain
Aug 27Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 These were not stamped, in China, there are no regulations on stamping gold filled or gold plated things. I bought a ton of chains from China back in 2015, and only about a third of them were marked. But I always read all the specs on them before I bought them, and I kept a record of what they were made of. These 24k gold filled, and the base was stainless steel. But they were not stamped.
Aug 27Reply

vintage_vampira
@drdre_fan1983 Honestly, when buying gold plated and filled chains that come from China, it's hard to find stamped ones. AND, stamps don't always mean anything because there's no regulation to make them be honest in marking chains. So I just tried to read a lot of reviews, and all the data the seller put in the listing. And I sold a lot of chains locally. I had no complaints from buyers.
