Cub Scout Tiger Handbook with Spiral Binding

Cub Scout Tiger Handbook featuring a bold tiger design and spiral binding. EUC no writing in the book that I see. With the exception of the name written in the inside cover in pencil which has been erased (see photo) but you can still see the remains of it very faintly.
