Crystal Happenings 3Pc. Salad Set

This 3 piece salad serving set consists of 1 pair of plastic server utensils, and 1 Large grape patterned salad bowl, measuring 9 1/5in. wide and 13in. long. Never used with no damage other than a stained box. The utensils have some weird lines in the plastic but they're not cracks. Really unsure what they are, shown in the last images. Made in the 1980s by "Indiana Glass".
