Includes the red Explode 0.75 lb heavy rope, size Large / 9, an additional lighter rope/cable, and the compatible first-generation handles. The Explode rope is designed for weighted jump rope training, strength, conditioning, endurance, coordination, and agility workouts. This is the older discontinued Crossrope attachment system and is not the same as the current-generation connection style. Handles show visible cosmetic wear from prior use, especially to the grip/wrap areas. Ropes also show normal signs of use and storage.
