Hi. How long are these? Are they appropriate for recreational kickboxing or just for lifting? Can you show a pic of how they fit?

@stephaniekna599 The fabric is 31 in. long. I can wrap them 3x around my wrist before tying them off. They are just wrist supports, so they can absolutely be used for kickboxing. I have updated the post with the pictures you wanted.
