Crosby black tunic with tassels around the v neck

Black sheer tunic/ v neck / split sides and slight dolman sleeve/ has a black and white tasseled collar... worn once/ no flaws... size small but that is over sized fittting tunic... Pit to pit 23.5” 27” in front 28.5” in the back
