@capripants I’d say 26-30 maybe. It does have a draw string to loosen or tighten. I’m up in inches over 30. It fits but snug on me now. I can get an absolute measurement when I get home. Maybe in about 4-5 hours

@capripants I took another picture with a tape measure so you can see better. It doesn’t stretch very well after about a 30” around. It will but snugly. I loved these! So comfy! I love capris!
