Cropped Navy Blouse with Cutout Collar Detail

Very casual short-sleeve crop top in dark navy blue, with a cutout pattern going along the whole neckline in the front. It has a very loose fit and a wider neckline as well. Very comfy to wear. I have only worn it a few times in the past, and it just doesn't match my personal style anymore, so I hope it can find a new home.
