Croft & Barrow sheer black 3/4 sleeve button up colored polka dots whimsigoth M

This is a fitted button up sheer black blouse. The fabric appears to be polyester with a vertical crinkle but I am not sure as since the tag is cut out. The sleeves are 3/4 length with buttons at the cuffs. There is a snag on the left front side as shown in close-up photos. It doesn't appear noticeable when the blouse is worn. There is also a slight snag at right cuff. GUC.
