Womens blouse, New With Tags, by Croft & Barrow. The tag says the color is Orange Feather...it looks like a rust orange. The material is 98% cotton and 2% spandex and is light weight with a pretty texture. The neck can be worn open as a v-neck, or you can tie the strings that have a pretty gold colored ball at the end. The sleeves are elastic at the ends.
