Crocheted buttoned down sweater

This is a medium size, vintage, grey-green, crocheted sweater that buttons down the front and has a pull string to gather at the waist to fit. It has shoulder pads and one has a one inch separation between the padding and fabric, which is not visible when worn. It is a delicate, open weave design to be worn over a top. 55% ramie, 45% cotton, hand wash only. I only wore it a few times, but it’s been several years since I could fit into it. The name brand tag was cut off years ago because it scratched my neck. Measurements in the photos.
