Crochet Seashell Cropped Cover

Crochet or knit top with small golden seashells lining the middle. Top is see through at the bottom but the top portion does cover everything. Strings at the top tie around the neck to create a halter top. Only worn once before, no obvious signs of wear. Very stretchy material and does run a bit big!
