Critical Alignment Yoga Strip

This is one of the official Critical Alignment tools developed by Gert van Leeuwen. It helps correct parts of the body that are hard to reach without support. Size: 100 x 7 cm Thickness: 3 cm Lie on your back on the strip. Use it flat or folded in half. It gives gentle pressure between the shoulder blades. The upper back starts to release. The chest opens. Breathing becomes easier. Shoulders and neck feel softer. It works well if you sit a lot or feel stiffness in the upper back.
