@mrs2262 Hello! This jacket falls just shy of 30” from the top of the collar to the bottom of the hem. Where it measures on your child would depend upon their height. 😃

It’s definitely supposed to fit longer than hip. It’s more of a dressy overcoat than just a heavy jacket, if that makes sense.
