Creature Comforts by Chas Addams 1981 first edition

This 1981 Charles Addams book titled Creature Comforts is in good vintage condition, with minor signs of wear on the dust jacket and minor staining on the back dust jacket cover. It is the first edition/hard back with dust cover. The book itself is green with an orange spine. It is filled with art from Charles Addams and is delightful. A collectors item for sure.
