Brand: Paisley Magic Size: 12M Description: beautiful handmade embroidered dress with neon orange accents. 100% cotton. Skirt has accordion pleats and is lined. Button back. Note: The photos may make it look like the fabric is discolored, but that’s because of the way the pleats concentrate the color. Skirt color is the same as the braided trim (seen in second photo). If you spread the skirt out, it’s the same color and fabric as the top (which appears lighter).
