This top is in fantastic condition! It is a cream / pink / black Jill Stuart Jeans floral print ruffled v-neck tunic-style blouse / top in a women's size two. It simply pulls on, with a deep v-neck in front. It tapers at the waist with a ribbon / band that ties stylishly at the back of the garment. It has wide ruffled bell sleeves. It has an allover cream, pink, and black floral print. There is a small hole in the back which is not noticeable but is pictured.
