This is used for cramps or upset stomachs. You stick it in the microwave for a few minutes and it turns warm and let's off a relaxing aroma. You place it on your shirt and abdomen area. It helps with cramps but I don't like the smell-reminds me of patchouli, so I didn't really use it. Was always used above the shirt, so never made skin contact the 3 times it was used. Great deal!

misspriceless This is awesome and would actually be great for me I have a really bad stomach disorder unfortunately I can't stand the smell of patchouli lol if you ever see anything like this but has different aroma I would love to know thank you😀
