Cozy ikat patterned dress

This is a warm and comfortable dress! It’s not quite a sweater dress but has the warmth of one. Elbow-length buttoned sleeves and slight V neck. Soft, warm fabric. Removable belt. White, grey, and red ikat pattern on navy. The belt loops are not attached at one end and I’m not sure why as this is new.
