Cowl neck top

Shimmer and shine and dance the night away in this black with silver sparkles cowl neck 3/4 sleeve top. Sides have a flattering rouch. The cowl drapes just right without showing too much. I would suggest wearing a darker bra or tank under cause it is a little sheer!
