My son's first football jersey was Emmitt Smith. Been about 26 years ago. Smith enjoyed 15 stellar NFL seasons with the Cowboys and Arizona Cardinals, earning three Super Bowl rings and the title of MVP of Super Bowl XXVIII. The former NFL player is the owner of Emmitt’s Vegas, which opened on Feb. 26, 2024, according to The Dallas Morning News. The restaurant includes a main dining room, chef’s table, private dining room, bar, and terrace. It has already been named one of Las Vegas’ Top Dining Destinations, just 6 months after opening.
