Cover up

I would guess that you can wear this as a cover-u I wore it with shorts before with the top I wore it with jeans and a top just don’t know what you would call it I bought it at Windsor it’s just a beautiful piece and I couldn’t think of no other word for it because I’ve wore it all three ways basically you can do what you want to do the picture says it all🦋
