Cougar Black Textured Lightweight Rain Boots Size 8

These are pre-owned Cougar brand Chelsea rain booties in size 8.  Constructed from black, hand-crafted rubber, they feature a textured, diamond-patterned exterior. The boots have elastic side panels for easy slip-on wear and a pull tab at the back. The soles show signs of wear and some tread wear.
