katescache Hi, I am SO sorry for the delay in getting back to you! The waist of this cute skirt is 17 inches flat across. It flares out beautifully from there, not quite a full circle skirt, but very pretty and full, could even wear a crinoline to fluff it out, or it lays nice and flowy without one.

katescache @grover74 Hi! It would really depend upon how tall you are and how long your legs are, but it is definitely Not a mini or short skirt, but also Not calf-length. It is meant to be knee-length. I am 6 foot tall and it is about 2 inches above my knees. 😊
