Cotton velvet swing coat. This is an absolutely stunning and heavy vintage velvet pleated swing coat. There is no denying that this is cotton. (Although no fabric tag) it is glamorous and sways as you walk. It has 2 pockets and fastens via 2 buttons. The sleeves are sewn cuffed and it has an empress collar that you can stand up or leave down. The back is darted.
