Strapless smocked maxi dress. Cream background with soft red and blue floral print. 100% cotton , soft luxurious feel Smocked top with elastic stretch across bust. (The tag fell off and I cannot recall the brand name but this was purchased on ShopBop and expensive ). Minimally worn , excellent condition.
